The six dimensional framework looks at a leader in each of six dimensions.

First dimension when a leader is alone is based on PRESENCE.

Second dimension when a leader is with one other is based on CONNECTION.

Third dimension when a leader is with two others is based on ALIGNMENT.

Fourth dimension when a leader is with three other peers is based on COORDINATION.

Fifth dimension when a leader is with a team that is CENTERING around a common objective.

Sixth dimension when a leader is initiating or maintaining a team around a RHYTHM
